Landlord-Tenant Complaint ServiceInformation about filed complaints, court mailing, officer service, posting, and hearing timing.
Order for PossessionPost-judgment service and possession enforcement, kept separate from the complaint and money judgment.
Order of ExecutionMoney-judgment execution, kept separate from possession of real property.
Private Document DeliveryCertain lawful non-court-originating documents may be submitted for review.
Civil StandbysLimited standby assistance may be reviewed when legally and operationally appropriate.
Court-Assigned Warrant WorkHigh-level public information and a non-emergency tip form. Private arrest requests are not accepted and no rewards are offered.
